Using AeroLab without an account
The free tier runs entirely in your browser. We do not set tracking cookies, do not use analytics services, and do not record your designs. Your browser's local storage holds only your own saved configurations and your theme preference; designs you share are encoded in the link itself.
With an account
When you create an account (currently early-access sign-in), we store your email address and, where you provide them, your name, company and country. If you purchase Credits, we keep a full, permanent record of your transactions and Runs — this is required for correct billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
For signed-in users we also store the simulation configurations you work on (the aircraft parameters, not personal content). We use them to operate the service, improve the product, and — only if you have opted in — to send you relevant, tailored offers. Simulation snapshots are kept for at most 24 months and are deleted with your account.
Marketing emails
We email offers only to accounts that ticked the optional consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@aerolab.to or using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Where your data lives, and your rights
All data is hosted on our own servers at Hetzner (EU). We do not sell data and share it with no one except the processors named above (Stripe). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time via hello@aerolab.to. Billing records that we are legally required to retain are excluded from deletion.
